Currently we ship to Europe, the United States, Australia and the Gulf Region. If you are not based in any of those countries, contact us so that we check the possibility of expanding to your region. You would typically get a reply within 2 to 6 hours. Please state "Expand Delivery" in your message title.
We ship directly from our suppliers, primarily based in Hong Kong, Europe and other locations, depending on the product.
You can submit order cancellation request before we ship your order. Refund will be sent to your account within 20 working days.
We accept payments via PayPal.
All orders are processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will typically be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Due to the nature of our dropshipping model and high demand, orders may take between 7 to 10 days to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you receive merchandise that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any related references upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
